The vision of Nak'azdli Employment & Training Services is to provide training programs for employment purposes and to encourage or support participants to exercise their right of self determination in their territory in ways which will reflect their philosophy, values and experience throughout the community.  Also to have individuals acquire qualifications so that they may become economically self-sufficient and realize their individual potential for contributions to their Nation, to other First Nations and to society at large.  The NETS program shall provide counseling and financial support to Nak'azdli's status members residing in our community.

The Nak'azdli Employment & Training services will achieve its mission by providing work experience, job opportunities, training, etc. to Nak'azdli's status members residing in our community.

Our goal is to help Nak'azdli Band members people of all ages to achieve their personal career goals through improved access to employment and training initiatives.
